Epilogue

Thanks to everyone who have been kind enough to tell me that this has been worth their time.

But that brings me to the blog and I could give a multitude of reasons and explanations as to why its time to stop, but the most compelling one is that I do not want to write it.:) The blog has been good while it lasted and to quote myself "it has always had a therapeutic effect... " When the blog drives you and not the other way around its time to look long and hard and make the changes that are required. Its symptomatic of some of the other changes that have creeped in. Its been hard to make this decision as well and that in itself is an indication as to how attached I have become. Well sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and make the correct decision.

Going about closing a blog, as it turns out, is proving to be much more difficult than I thought :) I'm sorry, but for various reasons I am going to be deleting the posts the coming week onwards. I'm not going to be deleting the url as such but I dont really see foresee getting back to writing a blog. Its been a great journey and thanks to all the readers for visiting it ever so often and choosing to read what must doubtless have been very sleep inducing posts at times. :D

The End :)

There comes a time when all things, good or bad, must come to an end. Well it would seem that the time for this blog is right now. Almost an year and 192 posts later it is time to call it quits. A few posts never made it to completion and a few others never made it to being posted. I first took to blogging because I've always loved writing and had been curious to know if there was anything different about writing a blog. Over time the motivations for the blog have changed and finally its time to bid it goodbye. The audioblog concept was one which caught my fancy. Its been a good trip in some ways and a different one in others and sometimes both of those things dont go together.

I would think that the blog has mirrored some of the changes in the writer. It is perhaps time to review those changes now. To all the people who have kept reading the blog and the others who have kept commenting at times, thanks for spending time doing that. For sometime now I have found writing about myself a tad bit tedious although time has never been an issue for any form of writing.

As for the quality of the writing, it would suffice to say that I have been increasingly disappointed with it and that is always a cue. Sometime next week I intend to delete the account or delete the posts, whichever is easier :)
