There and back again...

Its really been a long long time folks. The comments at the end of the previous posts shows there is indeed an audience out there for the nonsense that I keep spewing out ;) Thanks to everyone. Its been busy and before someone shouts out "whats new" well its been busy kinda differently. Its not as much the assignments, the tests and all that other crappy stuff that academic life throws at you as it is with some pretty important decisions that need to be made. I do not know what different people call it but I am pretty sure each one of us comes at different times in life to a crossroad where multiple paths branch off and u damned well cant see too much far down in each road. Which one do you take and how quickly do you take that decision. Its been an issue thats been taking centrestage for some three weeks now. As I said, seen too much of marks, tests and other pretentious stuff and weaved and ducked through most and taken others on head-on to be able to deal with them with some degree of comfort. However, this is a different kettle of fish altogether. I guess as some wise sage once said during such situations one's just got to keep the faith and just trust oneself and stick to the decision. There will be times when u feel like questioning the judgement but once the decision is taken the best thing you can do is stick with it and give it ur best. :)

Well first of all congratulations are due to sandy. Good to hear abt u buddy and have a great time. ;) If u are wondering why I am congratulating u, its only coz I KNOW :) Catch u later sometime and for the record I'm still in shock :p BD, nice to hear ur voice again and to rekindle old talks of vision and installations etc,etc...

The CIT job didnt come through and although was a bit of a setback I still remember a wise soul's words not so long ago telling me "Its their loss". :) Where would I be without u? :)

Downloaded Cric 2004 on an impulse and I must say have been impressed with EA's improvements which make it more enjoyable than Cric 02. Have been pummeling the opposition with glee in the easy mode and fighting a losing battle in the hard mode :) Been playing real cricket in the backyard as well with soray, vips and occasionally sank. I do not know how long we can play before the winter kicks in with a vengeance, so might as well make the best of it. The leaves are falling and winter cant be too far behind.

Well its time to close this trasmission in the full knowledge that I shud be blogging regularly again. Over and out folks. In keeping with the theme of the post will end with a little something that I found pretty good.....

One does not discover new lands
without consenting to lose sight
of the shore for a very long time.

Nice thought......some shores are lost and new shores are found...just depends on our sight as in how we look at the shores, both found and lost. Good to see u blogging again.
