Weekend Post :)

Its been a fun weekend so far. It started out on friday evening when soray made some great food. Got up on Saturday caught up with friends and decided to start work on the assignment due on Monday. Worked for ten straight hours and finished it off and came back home at around midnight to find vips and soray already in the mood for some monopoly. Played Monopoly for till abt 3ish and for the first time played without any troubles. Surprisingly, there wasnt any fun in playing where everything runs smoothly. We then headed out to 87M as vips and soray needed to replenish supplies. Spent some time watching Tom and Jerry before heading back home and must have fell asleep almost as soon as I felt the bed. ;)

Despite sleeping so late in the night got up at around 9.30. Chatted some more with friends and got around to making some lunch and then got around to watching the Bills game on TV. This game is really getting to be addictive and agree with Pinku when he says that the its one good sport.

After watching the Bills win a game at home with some lovely play by the special teams and some solid work by the defence, we went around to play the game that essentially will remain my first love in the sporting arena. Played some cricket in the backyard which was soggy from all the rain over the saturday. We had to retire one ball after it had got soaking wet and was hard to pick up in the already fading light. The sawdust had to be used again and we had a quick round of absorbing cricket.

Had my work shift at about 6 and had to make a dash to make it on time. Got in just in time on the dot and its been all quiet so far one hour into the shift. Hopefully it will stay that way for the rest of the duration. ;) All in all a top weekend. Got some work done but wasnt stressed out.... here's to more of the same in the times to come..
