Dilemmas ... How I wish this semester would end and at the same time how i wish there was more time for the semester to end. Talk about not making up your mind. :)
Went around to see Nats' setup for her presentation and ran into her friend Anton there. This guy is building a computer game from scratch. Its a first person shooter. The upshot of this is that he is building it in a CAVE environment meaning that you get to wear sensors on your body that pick up movement. And the best part of it is that all the sounds come from Counter-strike. I knew the sounds were familiar from somewhere. :) There is a shotgun and a pistol built right now and its absolutely amazing. It gives crouch and panning a new meaning. ;) I should be able to post a small video of the whole thing a bit later.
Rushdie came and went yesterday and I gave it a skip. I am not exactly too fond of his writing. :) What struck me though was the couple of kids I see on the way back home yesterday protesting his presence. I wonder why they are wasting their time ;)

lol.. raju bhai has rejected our advances, and refuses to be seen anywhere near buffalo.. apparently he's studying! :-P
